Refund policy

We offer a 14 business day-return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 business days of receiving your order. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is unworn, unwashed, and unused (trying it on indoors is of course allowed).
  • All original tags and packaging are included and undamaged.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation).

Please note:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
    • All return shipments are at the customer's risk until they have been received and processed by us.
    • The original shipping costs (from your initial order) will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. All items are carefully inspected before shipment and are sent out in new condition. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@newbear.nl so we can assess the issue and find a solution.

Important: if an item is returned to us in a damaged condition that was not reported beforehand, the responsibility lies with the customer, and the item may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved, you can choose from one of the following refund options:

1.   Exchange for another item

Prefer to swap your item for something else? You can exchange it for another item of equal value, subject to availability. Let us know your preferred item when requesting the return.

2.   Store credit

Receive store credit for the value of your return, which will be added to your account and can be used on any future purchase at newbear.nl. This is a great option if you’re not sure what you want yet.

3.   Refund to your original payment method

You can choose to be refunded via the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

If you have a preference, please mention it when you initiate your return.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at retouren@newbear.nl.
