Delivery Times

Orders placed before 23:59 are shipped the same day. For the Netherlands, this typically means next-day delivery. Please note this is not a guarantee — delays with our shipping partners (DHL, PostNL) can occur and are outside of our control.

For the rest of Europe, average delivery time is 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary and delays can occur, particularly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over €200.
• Netherlands: €6.95
• Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany: €8.95

Liability

We do our utmost to ensure every order is packed carefully and shipped promptly. Once a package is handed over to our shipping partner, delivery is out of our direct control, and delays or loss can unfortunately occur.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@newbear.nl. We look into every case individually together with the carrier and will always help find a fair solution. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a carrier investigation, we're committed to working with you to resolve the situation.
